Any activity that takes place on your account before you report a security breach remains your responsibility.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Accounts linked to the same financial instruments are treated as connected accounts for the purposes of this rule.
• Account registration is free of charge. 70 joya does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an account.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or pledged to any other party under any circumstances.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register accounts on the platform.
• By registering, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds used for play are legally yours.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement:

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

Account Suspension & Closure
